Accepted Forms of Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.Although we do not file insurance, you will be provided with a form that will serve as your receipt and a coded insurance form for you to file if you wish.
*It is up to each patient to determine if your insurance company will cover our services.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
